Older customers, or customers who have been looking for the right music from an early age, are familiar with Miel Appelmans’ living room.
Before Folkcorner Den Appel found its current spot at Gemeenteplein, music lovers all around gathered on Miel’s couch.
Coincidently that living room still hosts quite a few older ‘pearls’. These cds can now be bought there, while at the same time you get a guided tour around one of the most prominent pilgrimages of the Flemish folk, Miel’s living room. So, in our ‘second shop’ at the old location Lindendries 30 (near the station), you’ll find thousands more bargains, every Saturday from 1 to 7 pm. Cds are available for 5€, vinyls for 2€. If you can’t come during regular opening hours, you can always make an appointment.
The two shops aren’t even 500m apart, so a combined visit is surely worth it.
